Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us within the timeframes below.

2. Exchanges & Returns

We accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

Frame defect or wrong item | contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will exchange the item at no charge.
Frame fit / style preference | if you change your mind about a non-prescription frame, you may exchange it within 3 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Prescription lenses | custom lenses are made to your specification and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error in the prescription.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Photos of the item if there is a defect.

We will respond within 24 hours and arrange collection or advise you to bring the item to our shop.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the same payment method you used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or cash). We do not charge a restocking fee for defective items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom prescription lenses (unless defective).
Items that have been worn, adjusted, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned after the stated deadline without prior agreement.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
